What we do

Three lines.
One purpose.

Three lines. One purpose.

We work across three areas, winning work, building the capability to sustain it, and building what doesn't exist yet. Each one feeds the next: growth funds capability, capability makes growth repeatable, and the right build turns both into something durable.

01

Growth

Win work. Grow commercially. Build the pipeline that makes everything else possible.

Tender and bid strategy

Go-to-market design

Market entry, public and private sector

Revenue growth retainers

Cross-border expansion

02

Sustainability

Build the internal capability that makes growth last. We make AI adoption the part of the job people actually look forward to, training that reshapes how a team works, not just what it knows.

AI adoption and maturity training

Knowledge and data architecture

Workforce AI enablement

03

Build what's next

You have an idea, a problem, or a requirement standard software was never built for. We bring in the right builders and the right technology to take it from idea to working product.

About Me

"Most organisations don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem."

"Most organisations don't have a strategy problem. They have an execution problem."

About

What I've learned, across thousands of conversations with leaders across the globe, is that most organisations don't have a strategy problem. They have a space between what they know needs to happen and what actually gets done, and that's where emble lives.

My career has been built on exactly that gap -- go-to-market strategy and winning government contracts in markets where outsourcing decisions are slow, political, and high-stakes, across APAC, Europe, and the UK. I've led that work at regional scale, treating every day like it was day zero.

I don't consult from a distance. I get into the work with you, the pipeline, the pitch, the capability, the systems. Whether it's AI commercialisation transforming your bidding process or a multi-stakeholder deal at board level, I bring the thinking and the network to execute it. You get clarity, momentum, results you can point to.

I stay on the tools. I lead the relationship, run the room, and close the deal. When you engage with emble, you're getting me.

If this sounds familiar, get in touch. This is the work we do at emble.

How we work

How we work

How we work

Trust and governance on one side.
Commercial growth on the other.

Most engagements treat these as separate workstreams, a compliance exercise here, a sales push there. We don't. The four principles below are how every engagement runs, whether the room is a boardroom or a procurement panel.

I.

We execute, not just advise

Every engagement is built around measurable outcomes. We don't hand over a strategy deck and disappear - we stay until the work is done and the results are real.

II.

We get in the room

Procurement panels, boardrooms, the exact moment a deal turns - that's where the work actually happens. emble shows up for it, every time, instead of advising from the sidelines.

III.

Accountability is built in, not bolted on

Every engagement defines who's accountable before the work starts - who signs off, who owns the risk, who answers for what the AI decides. That clarity is exactly what boards and procurement panels are screening for now.

IV.

Governance as proof, not paperwork

Frameworks and audit trails built to the standard a tender panel actually checks, not the minimum a slide implies. The organisations that can prove it win the work the ones that can't don't even get shortlisted for.

AI maturity without revenue growth is a cost centre. Revenue growth without AI governance is a liability. emble connects the two -- because no strategy is defensible without both.

Most organisations do not fail at AI because their teams are uninterested. They fail because the work is never properly connected to the way the business actually runs.

For a long time, governance was treated as something that slowed the business down. It was associated with policies, approvals, risk registers, and compliance processes.
